Due to COVID and global shipping challenges domestic and international shipping timelines may be longer than normal. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method, as refunds are not being issued for delays at this time. Days refers to business days and does not include Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 1-4 days to process your order and then 4-9 working days depending on your shipping address.
Do you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide*, besides the USA.
Do you provide tracking information?

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
Send us an image of the damaged item with a description of the damage to the email address: email@example.com. We will do our best to find a solution.
I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. This is why we offer a service that allows you to track your order in real time. Please also note that current special circumstances may affect delivery time.

Why did I receive a different packaging?
Our store is currently experiencing a temporary shortage of packages due to unforeseen circumstances. As a result, we have made the decision to include a personalized thank you card to apologize for this situation.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the recourse is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned is (are) not on sale.
